WHAT IS THE RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS POLICY?

We will accept returns for a products purchased online within 5 days from the date of receipt if faulty. 

To start a return, you can contact us at secretspicechai@gmail.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW CAN I RETURN FAULTY PRODUCTS?

Secret Spice Chai takes extreme care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find a fault with one of our products, we want to help you resolve the problem. In all instances where the product may be faulty, don't hesitate to contact our team at secretspicechai@gmail.com, which will advise you and assist you with the returns process.

Secret Spice Chai will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty goods, including delivery, are at no expense to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your products and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A RETAIL STORE?

NO, goods can only be returned to Secret Spice Chai if purchased from our online store - www.secretspicechai.com.au

Secret Spice Chai  goods purchased from retail stores must be returned to the store from which those goods were purchased.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM

Secret Spice Chai will gladly accept returns for all faulty items within 5 days of receipt provided those items are accompanied with proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card or other payment statement).

At Secret Spice Chai we provide two returns options:

Replacement
Full refund to your account (e.g. credit card,etc)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
